It’s time to share our stories
The bulk of Canadian Armed Forces’ research focuses on the measurable and the visible, but only scratches the surface of what the military culture truly is. There are deeper levels of understanding to be reached and we need to hear the stories in order to understand the embedded inequalities and misconducts.
Digging Deep
Sexual misconduct and abuse of power in the Canadian Armed Forces have been around for ever. Before any changes can be made, we need to get to the root of the problem. And that starts with telling our stories.
No judgement
This site is a place for retired and serving members to express themselves regardless of the perceived severity. Small incidents are often the start of a snowball effect.
Culture Change
Statistics do not paint the real picture. Only the lived experiences of individuals will unveil the deeply embedded nature of the problem. Only then, will a change be possible.
